Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please visit your order history or contact our support team.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice) is required.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@seagle.in.
